Metal Components in Arc Raiders are a key part of the game if anyone plans to hold their own against robbers and raiders. In order to receive better weapons, it is absolutely crucial to level up the Gunsmith to level 2. To do that, it will require Mechanical components. With a few different methods of gathering the uncommon material, here is how to earn Mechanical Components in Arc Raiders.
There are currently 3 different ways to earn Mechanical components. The first comes from the old traditional method of grinding. The material itself is listed as uncommon, so in actuality, they aren’t hard to earn. The mechanical components can be found around the checkpoint on Blue Gate. Be cautious as this area has a plethora of ARCs, which includes a large Bastion. To the victor go the spoils. The spoils are the Mechanical components in this case.
Breaking down any uncommon equipment also yields the opportunity to earn more Mechanical components. Uncommon weapons are the ones that are marked green. It is uncertain exactly how many components could be received.
The last method should be considered the best way to earn Mechanical Components. Mechanical Components can be crafted in Arc Raiders. They can be crafted via Metal Parts and Rubber Parts, both obtainable from looting in-game during missions. It will require a refiner to craft mechanical components. To craft a refiner, it will take 60 Metal Parts and 5 Arc Power Cells.
To craft Mechanical Components, it will take 7 Mechanical Parts and 3 Rubber Parts. Once more, these resources can be crafted via the Refiner.
