
After suffering a delay in the Gotham Knights release is slowly approaching next month. Although Batman is dead the game is still alive. Here’s everything gamers should know before the Gotham Knights release on October 21, 2022.
Separate from the Arkham Batman games Gotham Knights takes place in a universe where Batman has died. Taking over the torch will be Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin. Each character comes with their own playstyle and abilities. Batgirl is trained in a variety of fighting styles and is equipped with her tonfa. Nightwing excels at acrobatics and is known for fighting with his escrima sticks. Her signature weapon is the tonfa. Robin is an expert fighter equipped with a collapsible staff and is skilled in stealth. Red Hood fights in both a traditional and high-tech manner using a variety of weapons at his disposal.
Gotham Knights is a completely open-world game. An open-world game that can be played entirely in a single-player game or a two-player co-op. Within a coop, game players will have the freedom to explore Gotham without the limitations of being in a coop game. This means that players will not be tethered to one another. Gamers will be allowed to play as the same heroes without any restrictions. There will also be no level restrictions when playing with friends. Even with all these features, Gotham Knights however will not feature cross-play of any sort.
Gotham Knights will come in 3 different editions. Each edition comes with its own unique perks and bonuses.
