
Baldur’s Gate 3 is set for a full release on PC on August 3rd. With everyone anticipating the launch of the DND-like RPG, a lot of questions are going around. One of those is whether Baldur’s Gate 3 has multiplayer and whether can players play with friends.
Players can in fact look forward to creating their very own adventuring party as Baldur’s Gate 3 does in fact have a online coop option. A max of four party members can come together and enjoy the experience together. Each member will be able to control one character each.

Playing with friends is a fairly easy process. If you follow these steps you’ll be able to play with them and begin your adventure.

Baldur’s Gate 3 will launch on August 3 on PC, via Steam and GOG, and PS5 on September 6th. There is an Xbox Series X|S version however it will release with the other platforms at this time. The Xbox version is currently experiencing technical difficulties due to issues with the split-screen co-op on the Xbox Series S version. An eta is currently unknown at this time.
