Meet The Slayers

Jacob

• Feral — Stackable damage boost when attacking in quick succession.
• Critical Gains — Critical damage boost while stamina is low. Stamina regenerates upon critical hits

Ryan

• Retaliation — Moderate force boost when using a block or dodge to avoid an attack.
• Seesaw — Regains health each time a zombie is knocked down.

Carla

• Dig Deep — Toughness boost while health is critical.
• Mosh Pit — Damage boost when close to multiple zombies.

Bruno

• Backstab — Damage boost when attacking zombies from behind.
• Rapid Reprisal — Aggility and Heavy attacks are boosted when attacks are avoided with a block or dodge.

Dani

• Bloodlust — Regains health when slaying multiple zombies in quick succession.
• Thunderstruck —Heavy attacks create an explosion on impact.

Amy

• Relief Pitcher — Regains stamina when hitting a zombie with a weapon throw.
• Divide and Conquer — receives a damage boost when attacking lone zombies.

The Details

Plot-wise the story of Dead Island 2 happens ten years after the events of the first Dead Island. This also includes the events that happened in dead Island Riptide. Players will be exploring the open world of a zombie-ridden California. Those who haven’t been infected dub themselves Slayers a group who are devoted to killing the undead in style. If gamers haven’t played the first Dead Island, there is no need as Dead Island 2 follows a different group of survivors with a new story.
