One is the biggest features in the Code Vein 2 franchise is character customization. In the original Code Vein, you could customize different aspects of your characters. This can range from face and body features to accessories like hats, glasses, and much more. To get players accustomed to the new customization options, here is the Code Vein 2 Demo release date to customize your character before the official launch.

Code Vein 2 Character Creator Demo

Paired with a new 8-minute gameplay video, the Code Vein 2 character creation demo was also announced. In this demo, you’ll be able to create your starter character. Compared to the first title, this new array is said to host an extended range of customization. For example, in Code Vein 2, you now have the option for hair wave and gradient specifications, detachable cloaks, or hoods. Additionally, accessory cost restrictions have been removed.  As mentioned previously, you can adjust and scale your body proportion however you see fit. While companions can only be customized through external mods, you can re-fully customize your character at any time.

Gameplay Breakdown

In Code Vein 2, a mysterious force called Luna Rapacis is corrupting Revenants, turning them into Horrors. Partnered up and guided by a girl named Lou, players will be traveling through time, both past and present. The objective,  alter key revenants’ destinies that reveal hidden truths and information to save the future from the Luna Rapacis. Instead of creating a whole new combat system, Bandai Namco actually develops Code Veins’s previous combat. This means that signature partner-based combat and Blood Code systems will be making their return, along with some new mechanics to keep gamers on their toes. For instance, Players can also forge bonds with allies who do not fight alongside but can also enhance certain abilities. In addition, there are also two new weapons to choose from. The Rune Blades and Dual Swords. At the end of the day, you can still freely customize weapons and skills to suit your own battle styles.
