The priority in the early game with this build is definitely patience. You don’t get a ton of initial value from Laceration, so you need to pick your moments carefully and be alright with falling somewhat behind on currency. Look for Ability items early to help confirm kills.
After you get Hanamura Healing in Round 3, you pick up a lot of important sustain that can keep you healthy when you are inevitably stuck in enemy territory. Start to get more aggressive here and look for Common and Rare items that can give you cooldown reduction, ability power, and sustain. MEKA Z-Series can be a nice Rare item if you feel like you are constantly on low HP.
Late game, especially once you have Champions Kit, you are a total shredder. Dive anyone you want, be aggressive, and enjoy this build that is made for the late game. Get to the four Core Items listed as soon as possible, as they synergize great and really tie the build together.
