Farthest Frontier has a lot of depth and sometimes that depth can be difficult or frustrating. One of those aspects may be crops and learning what is best. There are a few different opinions about this but there is one that we have found that works well. Here is our guide to the Best Farthest Frontier Crop Rotations.

Farm 2
Farm 3
Before you go to farms 4-6, make sure they are not next to any in farms 1-3 that have the same rotations. So farm 1 and 4 should not be next to each other and so on. This will be explained below.
Farm 4
Farm 5
Farm 6
There are a few reasons for these rotations. First, you are avoiding spreading disease to each of your farms. By having them on different rotations each year and not being near each other, if one of your crops gets a disease, which they will, you will avoid it spreading, most likely. There are chances they will still spread but it is a lot less likely to hit all of your farms and ruin your entire crop.
Second, with all of these, you are providing food and flax. Wheat is very important for many reasons but being able to make bread at a high rate is extremely important. Along with this, flax helps you make clothes, which you also need to keep people happy.
There is a chance that all things will change with the major update coming with the release of the game here soon. Should that be the case, this will be updated to reflect that.
