Apex Legends is nearing the start of Season 17. With the start of a new season, that means another must end. So when is the Apex Legends Season 16 end date?

Apex Legends Season 16 will be ending on May 9, 2023, to welcome in Season 17. Season 16 has brought various changes to legends and was the debut of the new legend class system.
Coming in before the launch of Season 17 is The Veiled collection. This collection will be showcasing brand-new 24-themed cosmetics. Within this showcase are legendary skins for Wattson, Rampart, and Gibraltar. All of these items will be available in exchange for Apex Coins or Crafting Metals and in Veiled Collection Event Apex Packs for the entire duration of the event.
Instead of receiving an heirloom, gamers who collect all 24 of the cosmetics will unlock a new prestige skin for Caustic. The skin is called the Apex Contagion Prestige Skin. This skin will feature three visual “evolutions,” the legend’s new “Toxic Scream” finishing move, and a new kill quip.
Like every Collection Event before it, a free reward track will also be provided for those who wish to save money. A weapon charm, Newcastle skin, and free Apex Packs will be within this free track.
The new Veiled collection event will be released on April 25. The Veiled Collection Event will end on May 9.
Unshielded Deadeye is a modified game mode of Team Deathmatch coming with the Veiled Collection Event. In this game mode legends will be wielding limited, rotating load-outs each match that is played. For every match, the load-outs will be randomly given. Players will be given the option to select the following load-outs.
Care packages will be turned off and players will have no shields or helmets. The first team to 50 kills wins.
