It’s October once more, which means it’s time for the special Halloween events in video games. More specifically Apex Legends. Embracing the darkness there is a Apex Legends Doppelganger Collection Event bringing not only new cosmetics but also new game modes as well. Here’s everything gamers should be aware of before the collection launches on October 17.
One of the newest LTM’s being added is Tricks N Treats Trio. In this mode, players will be on the hunt for Candy. They can be found by knocking down enemies, looting bins, and breaking doors. Eat the candy for EVO points, Ultimate charge, and 25 points of shield healing over time. There’s also a new item called a Copycat Kit. With it, temporary access to an extra Legend ability will be unlocked for the rest of the match.
As always with collections there will be 24 new cosmetics and skins to be earned. What makes this series special is that it is all Halloween-themed. Collect all 24 and players can receive the Prestige Revenenant skin with its own exclusive tiers and finisher. There of course will also be a free rewards track for those who wish to not spend any money during the event.

In terms of regular shop rotations the Antihero Bundle and the Out for Blood Bundle will be made available from October 20-24. The Muerte Rapida Bundle will be making its appearance starting October 27-31. The Fight or Fright sale and Halloween Sticker Packs are available until October 31.
