Apex Legends is a game that has had many success over the years since its initial launch. The title listed has seen several new legends, gameplay mechanics, and so much more. However, one of the things that the title hasn’t received yet is collaborations with celebrities or influencers. That might change now following a recent tweet on Twitter from Post Malone. Players may see a Post Malone collab coming soon in Apex Legends in the near and upcoming future.
Following a tweet from Post Malone on Twitter, the popular artist can be seen mentioning the official Apex Legends account. While it’s not much, he can be seen having a conversation with the team stating “@PlayApex can i drop it?”. The team then follows by asking Post not to say anything. He then proceeds to bargain with the team asking to only drop a teaser.
As of right now, this is where the conversation ends. Players are now anticipating a new announcement for the battle royale game to drop sometime soon, maybe even today. Games such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and Overwatch 2 have featured collaborations from popular IPs before. This doesn’t make Apex out of the ordinary in any shape or form. Whether this event/collaboration will feature Post Malone as a Legend himself is currently being debated by the community. The event itself will be dropping on November 7th. Given that a new Octane outfit is shown in the teaser’s thumbnail, we at least know that he will be receiving a new skin.
Once more information is given on the Apex Legends Post Malone collab, you can guarantee that TGH will be all over it.
