TSM Phillip “ImperialHal” Dosen, one of the most well-known players, took to Twitter to voice his concerns. “Less than a month til the biggest Apex tournament ever and still no practice to be done since Customs are still not fixed :) Nice,” ImperialHal said.

The issues started when season 13 launched on May 10. Since then, all major tournaments and practices were delayed due to connection errors in custom lobbies. Any attempted competitions ended with multiple crashes, disconnects, and instability. Frustration is starting to boil over as players are anxious to prepare for the $2 million championship in just three weeks.

Pros are getting worried about whether or not they will be ready for the Championship. In the replies, ImperialHal went as far as saying the international LAN event should be delayed if the problems are not fixed soon. For now, the players are stucking playing the new ranked season with nowhere near the level of competition they will face in Raleigh.

The ALGS Championship LAN kicks off on July 7-10th in Raleigh, North Carolina. The best teams from across the globe will fight to come out on top. For the first time in over three years, fans can purchase tickets to watch the event at the PNC Arena. With all the Apex Legends custom server issues, fans remain optimistic about the tournament going forward.
