There are a lot of features that have been introduced in Apex Legends over the years. The title itself has seen a variety of new content and Legends added to the game. One of the most highly request features that has been asked for numerous times was cross-progression capabilities. After Respawn promised the feature a few years ago, it’s finally making its way to platforms in Season 19.
The newest Season of Apex Legends is not only bringing a new legend, but cross-progression is also being introduced. With cross-progression, players are able to transfer all of their items, skins, and much more when playing Apex on a different platform. With cross-progression, player accounts merge together with the highest level account will be the ‘master account’. Merging is mandatory, however, stats don’t merge. No matter what platform players play on, it will only be one account to log into now. There will be no exclusive platform content or cosmetics as everything will be the same on all platforms
When logging into Season 19 of Apex Legends, players who have multiple accounts will have to merge their accounts together. All of their items and currency merge as well. If your highest account has the least amount of cosmetics don’t worry. All of your items will still transfer over. The only thing that remains the same is the stats on the account. That’s the only thing that won’t merge, unfortunately. Regardless players can enjoy playing with whoever they want however they want despite what platform they desire to play on.
Stay tuned for more gaming content, including updates to Apex Legends and newly released titles.
