Season 16 of Apex Legends was released and for the first time since the launch of the game, a new Legend was not added to the game. The reason for this was that Respawn decided to redo the classes and update the Legends themselves. Now the question turns to Season 17 and who the Legend for that will be. The rumor was that it would be Ballistic. While that may not be his name, it seems like the rumors are true. Here is a look at the Apex Legends Ballistic accidental leak by Respawn.

On the website for their new collection event, Apex Legends developer Respawn showed off the newest legend, Ballistic.
As one can see here, this is a never before seen Legend. He is also holding what seems to be a new gun. Whether this pistol is just for him or it is a new weapon is unknown at this point. Rumors suggest that similar to Rampart’s gun, this weapon would only be for Ballistic.
This would be well before Apex Legends like to reveal their newest characters. Generally, it is a week or even just days before they are released. While there were major leaks a few years ago, not every legend from those documents have seen the light of day. This time, it is by Respawn so it seems likely that Ballistic is next.
He wont be coming until Season 17 though which is still about a month away according to the likely Apex Legends Season 17 Release Date.
