Apex Legends 2.00 Patch Fixes Major Bugs

Since the launch of Apex Legends Season 13, players have been reporting numerous bugs and technical glitches. The glitches caused so much trouble that they eventually caused distress in the Apex Legends community and even hurt the popularity of the game. The more noticeable bugs that players constantly came in contact with were Loba’s tactical, Wraith’s hit register, and audio downgrades with Xbox headsets. Thanks to the Apex Legends 2.00 patch update, these problems are now a thing of the past.

Wraith’s Hit Register

In the past Wraith previously had a bug where the legend would take damage despite using her tactical. The issue this season, however, is instead the lack of damage being taken. This was an issue with her hit registration. Before going in the Wraith’s void if players took damage, once they got out they had invincibility for a few seconds. This allowed players to pre-aim at the enemy and enjoy their temporary god mode. This was a major issue with competitive ranked modes.

Loba Tactical Bracelet

Countless Apex Legends players have voiced their concerns with the translocating thief Loba. Loba mains were in an outcry as her tactical bracelet wouldn’t activate for the majority of the season. Countless clips can be found online of players being gunned down after they fail to escape using the tactical. Respawn has claimed in the past that the ability was fixed but it seems that this bug was hard to kill, discouraging players from picking the popular legend.

Xbox Headset Troubles

While some players may not have noticed, Xbox players had trouble communicating with teammates and even party members. The player’s mics would sometimes produce static or sound choppy at times. Once the game was exited there were even reports of poor mic quality within the Xbox Party Chat feature.
