Apex Legends and Final Fantasy are getting together to promote the release of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. This is one of, if not the biggest, collab that Apex Legends has ever done as they try to keep up with Fortnite. Not only are they adding the Buster Sword but they are also showing off new skins. The Apex Legends Final Fantasy 7 Event will be one of the biggest ones to start the year in any Battle Royale game. This event will see the Buster Sword come to the game as an Heirloom for every Legend. Heirlooms are generally for one Legend so this addition is a major one.
The game mode will also feature different abilities from the Final Fantasy games and crossover completely with Apex Legends.
The Apex Legends and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Release Date will be with Apex Legends Season 20 on January 9, 2024.
This would end up being one of the biggest Seasons in Apex Legend’s history. There are rumors of a new map coming out along with a new Legend. The addition of a new game mode or even a weapon from an outside game would be massive for Apex Legends and its fans.
