All Stadium changes coming to Overwatch 2 in Season 18

Overwatch 2 Season 18 is making arguably its biggest changes to the new Stadium game mode yet, with the inclusion of several key new features. Here’s everything you can expect from the upcoming season and when you can play it for yourself.

Overwatch 2 Season 18 Stadium changes

Overwatch 2 Season 18 will add new heroes, perks, maps, and more to its popular Stadium mode, including:

• Additions of Wuyang, Pharah, Winston, and Brigitte (Tracer also added Mid-season)
• Route 66 and London Maps
• A new Draft option for picking Heroes pre-game
• A new mode called Payload Race
• A separate Quick Play and Competitive Queue
• Crossplay
• 60 new Perks
• New Mythics
• An updated HUD info panel
• A new progression system

All in all, this is the largest single update to Stadium yet, signaling that Blizzard could be committed to the mode long-term. And with the ability to add a separate queue, it seems the player base is there to support it.
