He boasts the highest win rate — which in a competitive game like a battle royal, indicating that he is the most OP Character in My Hero Ultra Rumble. But what makes him so powerful?

The biggest aspect of All Might that makes him so strong is his ability to pretty much everything. He has mobility, utility, and even a decent ranged Alpha ability. When an ally falls, he can pick them up and revive them shortly after. And when in a tough position, he can simply jump into the air and dip.

In addition, All Might’s tornado reflects projectiles, thereby providing defensive capabilities to handle tough situations. These all combine to make an insanely powerful character.
