There will be a total of classes that players will be able to take in Hogwarts Legacy. Those classes are the following
Defense Against The Dark Arts – Taught by Professor Dinah Hecat learn the fundamentals of the Dark Arts to fight evil wizards witches and any other foes encountered. Depending on what edition of the game is purchased players can actually participate in the Dark Arts Battle Arena. Although Dark Arts are being used there is no morality system in the title, so no need to worry about becoming an evil wizard or witch.
Potions Class – With the help of professor Aesop Sharp learn positions and elixirs that can boost stats and abilities
Herbology – Professor Mirabel Garlick teaches how to care for and nurture all kinds of plants that may be encountered in and around Hogwarts
Charms Class – This is where all traditional spells are taught by professor Abraham Ronen.
Additionally, there is a Beast, Divination, and History of Magic class. Besides the beast class that most likely allows the players to ride mounts for the first time, the other two classes don’t add much to gameplay mechanics.
There currently are three different editions that Hogwarts Legacy can come in, each with its own bonuses. Those editions are as follows:
Standard Edition
Deluxe Edition
Collectors Edition
