Wisconsin Quarterback Alex Hornibrook Enters NCAA Transfer Portal

Wisconsin quarterback Alex Hornibrook is in the NCAA transfer portal according to AL.com’s Matt Zenitz.

Hornibrook was in larger part the starter for Wisconsin over the last three seasons, leading the Badgers to a 26-6 record while he was starting under center. In his first two seasons, he led the Badgers to victories in the Cotton and Orange Bowl. He has 5,438 passing yards, 47 touchdowns and 33 interceptions on 60.5% completion in his career.

Although Jack Coan took over for Hornibrook when he was injured last season, Hornibrook was likely going to be able to battle for the starting job once again for his senior season.

He still has the option to return to Wisconsin if he does not find a better situation elsewhere.
