Wesley Matthews to Sign With the Milwaukee Bucks

Free agent guard Wesley Matthews has agreed to sign with the Milwaukee Bucks on a veteran minimum deal as first reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 32-year-old guard averaged 12.2 points per game last season. He has spent time with the Utah Jazz, Portland Trail Blazers, Dallas Mavericks, New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers.

Matthews has the ability to stretch the floor for the Bucks as he hit 37.2 percent of his shots from deep last season. The Bucks will likely utilize Matthews off the bench, as they lost Malcolm Brogden in free agency.
