Davis, 30, averaged 5.8 points and 8.6 rebounds per game last season with the Brooklyn Nets. He is a 10-year veteran who has played for Toronto, Portland, Memphis, Los Angeles (Lakers) and Brooklyn.
The Jazz will use Davis to provide depth behind Rudy Gobert. Davis has plenty of experience coming off the bench over his career and provides a good rebounder for Utah.
