Rudy Gay to Stay in San Antonio With New Deal

Free agent wing Rudy Gay has decided to stay in San Antonio according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. Gay will receive a two-year, $32 million deal.

Gay, 32, has spent the last two seasons with the Spurs after bouncing around from the Grizzlies, Raptors and Kings earlier in his career. He averages 17.6 points and 5.9 rebounds for his career.

The Spurs earned the seventh seed in the Western Conference last season, but will be hoping that keeping Gay will help them do better next season.
