The Thunder and big man Nerlens Noel have reached an agreement on a contract according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Noel started his career with the Philadelphia 76ers, then played for the Dallas Mavericks before joining the Thunder. The backup big man averaged 4.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game last season off the bench.
The Thunder are currently rumored to be exploring Steven Adams trades, which means they need to get their frontcourt depth figured out. They did so with the re-signing of Noel, who will get more used to his role this season.
No details about the contract have been released as of now.
