The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to a two-year, $6million deal with free agent point guard Quinn Cook according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
Cook, 26, has spent the last two seasons with the Golden State Warriors, but previously played for the Pelicans and Mavericks. He averaged 6.9 points per game off the bench for Golden State last season.
The Lakers are trying to fill out their roster after missing out on Kawhi Leonard. Cook gives them a solid, young point guard who has experience in big games. Los Angeles will likely still need to bring more help at point guard in before the season starts.
