Collins was a former first-round draft pick by the Giants in 2015. The Giants were not able to negotiate a long-term deal with the safety, which made him a free agent this offseason.
In his first four seasons in the league, Collins made the Pro Bowl three times and was an All-Pro once. The Giants made the playoffs in 2016, but lost in the Wild Card Round.
For his career, Collins has 321 total tackles, 22 tackles for loss, 32 passes defended, eight interceptions three fumbles forced and three fumbles recovered.
