C.J. Mosley and Anthony Barr have both reached deals with the New York Jets to ramp up their linebacking core.
Mosley will sign a five-year $85 million deal with $51 million guaranteed. He was surprisingly not locked up by the Baltimore Ravens after a great start to his career there. In his five seasons, he has made four Pro Bowls.
Anthony Barr was also thought to be a Jet, but has recently changed his mind and will remain with the Vikings, meaning that the Jets still need to address their pass rush this offseason.
The Jets are revamping their defense, with Mosley to fitting in along with young standout safety Jamal Adams.
