Jaguars and Nick Foles Agree to Deal

After being rumored for weeks, Nick Foles and the Jaguars have reached an agreement on a contract according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The deal is for four years worth $88 million with $50.125 million guaranteed.

Foles has thrown for 11,165 yards in his career with the Eagles, Rams and Chiefs. In his second stint with the Eagles, Foles backed up Carson Wentz and helped lead the team to their first Super Bowl victory following the 2018 season.

The Jaguars will reportedly release Blake Bortles now that they have added a veteran quarterback. Jacksonville ranked 26th in the NFL with 3,109 passing yards last year.
