Clark had frustrations with the Seahawks and their intention of using the franchise tag on him and was rumored to be traded before the draft. He had 13 sacks last season in Seattle and has 35 sacks in his four seasons in the NFL.
The Chiefs had a need at pass rusher after trading Dee Ford to the 49ers earlier this offseason. They have already agreed to a contract extension according to Schefter.
Chiefs and Frank Clark reached agreement on a 5 yrs, $105.5 million contract – greater total than DeMarcus Lawrence, with $63.5 million guaranteed, per source.

He will get a five-year $105.5 million deal from the Chiefs.
Seattle will get the 29th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft and the 2020 second round pick to help build their roster.
