Parker, a former first-round pick out of Louisville, has 163 catches for 2,217 yards and nine touchdowns in his career. He has yet to live up to his first-round billing, but hasn’t always seen eye to eye with the coaching staff and hasn’t had the most consistent quarterback play.
This season, Parker will have to get used to a new coaching staff led by head coach Brian Flores and will likely have a new quarterback to work with too.
