Free agent pitcher Dallas Keuchel has decided to sign with the Atlanta Braves according to David O’Brien of The Athletic.
Keuchel, 31, had been waiting for an offer to meet his salary demands, but no details about the contract have been released yet.
He is a seven-year veteran who has spent his entire career with the Houston Astros. Keuchel is a two-time All-Star and won the Cy Young and the World Series with the team. The left-hander has won 76 games and has a 3.66 ERA in his career.
The Braves have the 14th ranked ERA in the league and with the addition of Keuchel will hope to compete for a World Series.
