

Understandably so, players are excited to jump back into Fortnite for its Fortnite OG season launch. During this season, players can expect old features, weapons, and the original Chapter 1 map to make its return. In addition to this, remixes of some iconic Chapter 1 skins will also be present in the form of a mini battle pass. Due to the excitement a lot of players are wondering when the downtime will end for Fortnite OG.
As many players know by now, there is never an official end time for downtime. What typically happens is that there is always a set time for when the Fortnite servers enter maintenance to prepare for a new Season or Chapter. However, the time servers come up depends on whether or not Epic Games experiences issues on their end of things. Fortnite leaker@iFireMonkey has compiled a list of times from previous Chapters and Seasons when servers have gone back up after downtime. The following times are listed in EST.
With these times in mind, it’s predicted that the Fortnite OG Season’s downtime will end around 7:00 AM EST – 8:00 EST. This is all speculation but players should stick to the official Fortnite channels for a more accurate answer.
While it’s currently uncertain if the entire Chapter 1 map is coming back, here are the locations and POIs where players can potentially drop if the rumor proves to be true:
