Fantasy Football Week 13 Quarterback Rankings

Publish Date: November 26, 2025

The 2025-26 NFL season is underway which means we are in the thick of fantasy football season! The fantasy landscape has already changed since the preseason due to breakout players and major injuries across the league. Bye weeks have been taking place. However, there are no teams on a bye this week. Fantasy Managers will have full utilization of their roster and plenty of options to choose from when selecting who to start the week. On top of that, Injuries have started to mount up at this point of the season as well. It’s always a great idea to evaluate backup options so that way fantasy managers are prepared if star players miss time. Here are fantasy football Week 13 quarterback rankings.

[Ratings are subject to change due to injury reports or possible move to Injured Reserve List]

[Check out the section below for details on players already rumored to possibly miss this week and how their replacement options rank for the week]

Key:

Must Start- a player who should definitely be in your lineup that week because of the combination of matchup and talent. They will likely finish near the top of the league in points that week and could repeat the production most weeks.

Starter- a player who makes fantasy owners comfortable starting week after week. Regardless of the matchup, this player has a high floor.

Low-End Starter- a player who should be started in most lineups but can possibly bottom out and finish below average on a given week. A high ceiling play in two-quarterback or superflex leagues.

Streamer- a player who could be a perfect replacement for a starter for a week or two. Starting this player may not win you your lineup but they will make sure that your production out of that position will not lose you your matchup either. Also a viable option in two-quarterback or superflex leagues.

Deep League Streamer- a player who could fill a void at a position in a deeper league. Their ceiling may be close to average point production at the position but their floor is enough to get through the week. A reasonable player to have in your lineup in two-quarterback or superflex leagues.

Leave on the Bench- a player who should be avoided in all lineups that week. Many times this player could even be left on waivers.

Possible Changes that can occur before Sunday

QB8 Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Joe Burrow has missed the past nine games with a toe injury. He returned to practice last week and is expected to play this week. If Burrow misses Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens Joe Flacco becomes QB25 between Cam Ward and Tua Tagovailoa.

QB6 Jaxson Dart, New York Giants

Jaxson Dart has missed the past two games with a concussion. He has been in concussion protocol four times since the preseason. If Dart misses Week 13 against the New England Patriots Jameis Winston becomes QB21 between Jared Goff and Marcus Mariota.

QB15 Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield suffered an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder last week against the Los Angeles Rams. It is unclear if he could play through the injury. If Mayfield misses Week 13 against the Arizona Cardinals Teddy Bridgewater becomes QB26 between Tua Tagovailoa and Kirk Cousins.

QB19 C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans

C.J. Stroud has missed the past three games because of a concussion. Houston is optimistic that he could return this week. If Stroud misses Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts Davis Mills becomes QB20 between Jordan Love and Jared Goff.

QB23 Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers missed last week’s game against the Chicago Bears with a minor fracture in his wrist. He has been limited in practice and could return this week. If Rodgers misses Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills Mason Rudolph becomes QB30 between J.J. McCarthy and Geno Smith.

QB30 J.J. McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings

J.J. McCarthy has entered concussion protocol following his game against the Green Bay Packers last week. It is unclear if he will be able to clear protocol before this week’s game. If McCarthy misses Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks Max Brosmer becomes QB32 below Bryce Young.
