Fantasy Football Week 10 Running Back Rankings

Publish Date: November 5, 2025

The 2025-26 NFL season is underway which means we are in the thick of fantasy football season! The fantasy landscape has already changed since the preseason due to breakout players and major injuries across the league. Bye weeks have been taking place. This means that running backs like Javonte Williams and Chase Brown will be out this week. It would be irresponsible to start a player with a rough matchup over a player with a more favorable one that is ranked or projected to perform similarly. Here are fantasy football Week 10 running back rankings.

[Ratings are subject to change due to injury reports or possible move to Injured Reserve List]

[Check out the section below for details on players already rumored to possibly miss this week and how their replacement options rank for the week]

Key:

Must Start- a player who is in your lineup regardless of the matchup or most circumstances. They Will likely finish near the top of the league in points that week and in most weeks.

Starting RB1- a player who makes fantasy owners comfortable starting week after week. Regardless of the matchup, this player has a high floor.

High-End RB2- a player who may not be likely to carry a lineup that week, but has the ability to have a breakout game and is teetering between RB1 and RB2 territory.

Starting RB2- a player who should be started in most lineups and should reach their point projection. This player is started because of their consistency and moderately high floor.

Low RB2- a player who may not be a lock to start for a team every week, but will start more times than not. Their production may not be pretty or win a person their lineup but the production is consistent enough to make a fantasy owner comfortable starting them.

Flex- a player who could float around the territory of being benched, but is started due to the potential to play better than their point projection. However, this player has the potential to flop and cause a fantasy team to lose if he has a bad game.

Deep League Flex- a player who is more of a Hail Mary throw at the position. There are enough reasons to leave this player on the bench, but their upside makes them an attractive option. Desperate times may call for a player like this to be inserted into starting lineups.

Leave on the Bench- a player who should be avoided in all lineups that week. Many times this player could even be left on waivers.

Players that could miss this week’s game

RB5 James Cook, Buffalo Bills

James Cook missed practice on Wednesday because of a foot injury and an illness. It is unclear if this is something that can cause Cook to miss time. If Cook misses Week 10 against the Miami Dolphins Ray Davis becomes RB18 between J.K. Dobbins and Tyrone Tracy.

RB7 Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles

Saquon Barkley suffered a groin injury in Week 8 against the New York Giants. He was able to rest during the bye week. Barkley has told the media he is confident that he will play this week. If Barkley misses Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers Tank Bigsby becomes RB28 between Woody Marks and Jacory Croskey-Merritt.

RB9 Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Bucky Irving has missed the last four games with a foot injury. He missed practice on Wednesday because of the injury. If Irving missed Week 10 against the New England Patriots Rachaad White moves up to RB14 between Jaylen Warren and Ashton Jeanty. Sean Tucker becomes RB46 between Michael Carter and Blake Corum.

RB12 Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers

Rico Dowdle missed practice on Wednesday with a quad injury. It is unclear if this injury could cause him to miss any time. If Dowdle missed Week 10 against the New Orleans Saints Chuba Hubbard moves up to RB13 between Quinshon Judkins and Jaylen Warren.

RB13 Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns

Quinshon Judkins suffered a shoulder injury in Week 8 against the New England Patriots. He is considered day-to-day with the injury. If Judkins misses Week 10 against the New York Jets Dylan Sampson moves up to RB25 between Rhamondre Stevenson and Kimani Vidal. Jerome Ford becomes RB42 between Tyler Allgeier and Justice Hill.

RB17 D’Andre Swift, Chicago Bears

D’Andre Swift missed last week’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals with a groin injury. Swift has been dealing with this injury for a few weeks and missed action for the first time because of it this past week. It is unclear if he is going to return this week. If Swift misses Week 10 against the New York Giants Kyle Monangai moves to RB15 between Jaylen Warren and Ashton Jeanty.

RB21 Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings

Aaron Jones suffered a shoulder injury last week against the Detroit Lions. At this point it doesn’t appear that this injury could cause Jones to miss time. If Jones misses Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens Jordan Mason moves up to RB24 between Alvin Kamara and Rhamondre Stevenson

RB25 Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots

Rhamondre Stevenson missed last week’s game against the Atlanta Falcons with a toe injury. It is unclear if Stevenson will miss more time because of the injury. If Stevenson misses Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers TreVeyon Henderson moves up to RB25 between Alvin Kamara and Kimani Vidal. Terrell Jennings becomes RB37 between Emari Demercado and Rachaad White.

RB45 Ollie Gordon II, Miami Dolphins

Ollie Gordon II is dealing with an ankle sprain. He is considered day-to-day with the injury. If Gordon II misses Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills Jaylen Wright becomes RB50 between Dylan Sampson and Chris Rodriguez.

Players that are currently not expected to play

Hassan Haskins, Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers placed Hassan Haskins on Injured Reserve on Saturday. He is the third running back to be placed on Injured Reserve this season by the Chargers. For the next few weeks Kimani Vidal will remain the team’s primary back and Jaret Patterson will be elevated to the active roster to spell Vidal when he needs a break.
