Fantasy Football Players to Add Week 11

Publish Date: November 11, 2024

Having a good fantasy draft sets a team up really well, but most of the time to win a fantasy football league, acquisitions need to be made during the season. Each week there are several players worth exploring on the waiver wire. Here are fantasy football players to add week 11. (Note: These are best used for standard scoring leagues. All players are rostered in less than 50 percent of ESPN leagues)

1. Audric Estime, RB, Denver Broncos

After injuring his ankle earlier in the season, Estime was coming along slowly. That all changed in week 10, as Estime started to get more work, especially towards the end of the game. He finished the game against the Chiefs with 14 carries for 53 yards.

The Broncos running back usage has changed throughout the season. Javonte Williams and JaLeel McLaughlin have both received work this season. Estime could get work going forward after his god performance. He is rostered in 1.1 percent of ESPN leagues.

2. Xavier Legette, WR, Carolina Panthers

The Panthers have had good play from their rookie wide receiver over the last few weeks. After two straight weeks with touchdowns, Legette wasn’t as productive in the Panthers’ game in Germany. He still had four catches for 40 yards.

Bryce Young has been inserted back into the lineup and seems to have a nice rapport with Legette. With Diontae Johnson and Jonathan Mingo traded, Legette has plenty of opportunity to be the go-to-guy for the Panthers down the stretch. He is rostered in 47.7 percent of ESPN leagues.

3. Quentin Johnston, WR, Los Angeles Chargers

Johnston has had a bounce-back season after a down rookie year. He has had some ups and downs, but seems to be on a hot streak. After four receptions for 118 yards and a touchdown in week 9, he had two catches for 24 yards and a touchdown in week 10.

While starting Johnston can be tough, because he can be boom or bust, he can be rostered. He has five touchdowns through 10 weeks, putting him on a really good pace and proving he is a good red zone target. Johnston is rostered in 45.4 percent of ESPN leagues.

4. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR, New Orleans Saints

The Saints have had some injuries to their wide receivers his year, which has left a void. Marquez Valdes-Scantling helped step into that void in week 10. He finished the game against the Falcons with three catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns.

Chris Olave is on injured reserve and Rashid Shaheed is out for the season. Valdes-Scantling can continue to provide a big play threat for the Saints for the remainder of the season. He is currently rostered in 0.6 percent of ESPN leagues.

5. Gus Edwards, RB, Los Angeles Chargers

Gus Edwards returned from an ankle injury in week 10. It had kept him out since week 4. In week 11, Edwards looked fresh and produced for the Chargers. He finished the game against the Titans with 10 carries for 55 yards.

While J.K. Dobbins has taken over the lead role in the backfield for the Chargers, there is still room for Edwards to get carries. In addition to that, Dobbins has a significant injury history, so Edwards could be in line for work if he goes down again. Edwards is rostered in 20.6 percent of ESPN leagues.
