The newest addition in Season 5 was the way that the Battle Pass would be completed. Fans would go through a DnD-like story made by Emily, Tracer’s girlfriend. Along with this was two limited-time modes. The first is Defeating the Demon Lord (Reinhardt) and then the props game mode is called Mischief and Magic Prophunt. The second one will likely be the big one for fans.
Also, the mythic skin was for this Battle pass was for Tracer. It will be interesting to see if Season 6 will bring a new mythic skin for an already established hero or the newest support hero, Lifeweaver.
Season 5 was a good season for a lot of people and Season 6 will bring with it a lot of changes. It will be the third season on the new schedule to have just a hero release and no maps added. There is also the beginning of the new story missions being added to the game. Something that fans were promised with the release of Overwatch 2. Finally they will get to see if it was worth the wait.
