NVIDIA Welcomed as Founding Member of Esports Stadium Arlington

NVIDIA, long-time leader in the field of visual computing and winner of the title “Esports hardware provider of the year” at the 2018 has just been announced as the official graphics platform of Esports Stadium Arlington.

Opening on November 24th, the stadium will be the largest dedicated esports facility in North America. Events kick off November 24th and 25th with the Esports Championship Series (ECS) Season 6 Finals for CS:GO. The 100,000 square foot facility will host both the Collegiate Rocket League Championships and Ultimatum: Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament in December of this year.

“Working with NVIDIA was a no brainer. As the largest dedicated esports facility in North America, there’s a level of performance that we must adhere to. Competitive integrity is our highest priority, so we chose NVIDIA — we wouldn’t settle for hardware that was anything less than the best,” Said Jonathon Oudthone, President of NGAGE Esports. “We eagerly look forward to building a foundation for growth with NVIDIA in the competitive gaming ecosystem.”

“With NVIDIA GPUs and 240hz G-SYNC monitors, Esports Stadium Arlington is putting the best equipment in the world in the hands of pro players.” said Sam Mayo, Esports Manager at NVIDIA. “As the largest dedicated esports facility in North America, Esports Stadium Arlington will deliver a lasting destination for esports fans and professional players to experience for years to come.”

Located in the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment district, the $10 million stadium will offer eight “Team Rooms” for more serious practice, a “Player Lounge” for a more casual gaming experience, and various other facilities.
