It’s a great day for Diablo fans. The newest addition to the Diablo franchise released very recently, currently available on IOS and Android. Though it’s not available on PC quite yet, players have already begun to mobilize. With so many different regions and servers to choose from, it can be quite intimidating committing to a server. This then begs the question, ‘Is Diablo Immortal Cross Server?’
Diablo Immortal Doesn’t Support Cross Server play
The short answer is no. Players from a specific server cannot play with players from another server. And at this current moment, there is no method of transferring and moving characters over to another server. Therefore, make sure to communicate properly with friends prior to creating a character. But for those who can’t seem to get the right server commitment, whether it’s because of ping latency or just lack of communication, worry not. The game is honestly a great experience when playing solo. Diablo is a great game to run through with a friend, but honestly, the game’s difficulty curve isn’t very high.
In other words, players won’t really need an accompanying member to make their way through Diablo Immortal’s base game. All it really takes is decent mechanical skill and mobbing. With just those two, players should be able to breeze by the game. In fact, sometimes it might be tedious to play with friends, due to having to match levels and gameplay pacing.
The game allows players from both IOS and Android to play together. It’ll also likely support cross play with the PC version when that becomes readily available. But as of now, players are stuck in their specific servers. In other words, Diablo Immortal Cross Server play is not supported in any way whatsoever. The game did just release, so there are tons of people just roaming around the world. So try adding some random people, and getting parties from strangers on the internet. There’s no big need to coordinate servers. Diablo Immortal is an enjoyable experience whether or not playing alone or with friends. So don’t get overly stressed attempting to coordinate everyone on a singular server.
