Backed by the likes of Chris “Simp” Lehr and Tyler “aBezy” Pharris, Cellium has always been a man of few words. Not that it’s a bad thing, of course. With all the MVP chants and all-star recognition, he is handling interviews and main stage nerves like a champ.

This season is the season where he proves all the doubters wrong (if he hasn’t already). With every stand-out performance, Cellium continues to be the catalyst behind his team’s ongoing success. When he’s hot, his team is unstoppable.

Before Atlanta

Cellium got his start around Infinite Warfare. Similar to his teammates, through UMG tournaments, he was able to get his name out into the professional community. Playing alongside Indervir “iLLey” Dhaliwal of Dallas Empire, he secured numerous tournament wins across multiple Call of Duty titles, including Black Ops III and World War II.

Once Cellium was old enough to compete, he joined Faze Clan for the Black Ops IIII CWL qualifiers. After failing to qualify for the 2019 CWL season, the team disbanded, and Cellium continued his terror in smaller tournaments. Midway through the Black Ops IIII season, however, Cellium returned to Faze Black, the academy team for Faze, where they won the open bracket at CWL Fort Worth.

The remainder of the Black Ops IIII season was quiet for Cellium and the Faze Clan. Cellium’s amateur year had a couple of top 5 placings but nothing near now teammates Simp and aBezy who had won both the 2019 CWL Playoffs and the 2019 CWL World Championship under eUnited.

Following the disbandment of the CWL, the reimagined CDL was full of uncertainty for Cellium. He was approached by a few teams of two until he finally settled with Preston “Priestahhh” Greiner and Michael “MajorManiak” Syzmaniak. From there, they joined the tiny terrors in Atlanta, and the Atlanta Faze were born.

Watch Cellium answer post-CDL Atlanta questions with his girlfriend here. He discusses the pro-circuit, main stage and his thoughts on Atlanta’s reverse sweep.

Cellium and Atlanta Faze

Atlanta Faze will head to LA for March 7-8, where they will face off against the Florida Mutineers, the team they 3-0’d in finals at CDL Atlanta. They will be in Group B with Florida, Dallas, and New York.

In his MVP weekend, Cellium dropped a 1.34 Hardpoint KD, 1.14 Search KD, and a 21 kill average in Domination. Moving forward, he will look to continue his championship run in LA with hopes of overtaking first place from the Chicago Huntsmen in league standings.
