With the season coming in just a couple of weeks, the Florida Mutineers are looking to take the Call of Duty League by storm. In that, the Mutineers steer towards the future with David “Davpadie” Maslowski. The future for the Mutineers looks bright. Here is another edition of CDL Profiles: Davpadie.
Maslowski started playing at a very early age as he is still a young talent playing professionally in Call of Duty. His love for Call of Duty and competitive spirit catapulted him to where he is today.
Ghost
He got his first start in competitive Call of Duty in Call of Duty: Ghost as he played in a tournament with several of his friends in a gamebattles kickoff tournament. He and his team got 9-16th in the tournament.
World War Two
In Call of Duty: World War Two, he played in three more tournaments, UMG Tourneys, with his friends getting 5th-8th and 3rd-4th. He also got his first tournament victory winning a UMG Prime Tournament.
Black Ops 4
In Call of Duty Black Ops 4, he really broke into the scene by competing in 28 tournaments in this game. He got the chance to play with Vivid, Prolute, Standy, Paulehx, Capsidal, Onyx, and Spart. He also got his second win by winning another minor tournament later in the year. In total, he got a total of $1,374 in prize money as well.
Modern Warfare
This is the game where Davpadie started to really get noticed. Early in the year, he got great placements. He even got his third tournament win during this time. However, in December of 2019, he got noticed enough to sign with his first team, Aspire Esports.
After placing really well in four tournaments, he then signed with a major Amateur team in Triumph Gaming. He got to play with the likes of Nagafen, Royalty, FeLo, and Xotic. After adding four more tournament wins to his resume with Triumph, it was time to move on.
He later got noticed by a notable team in UYU. With UYU, he got his eighth tournament victory. He also placed 5th-8th in the Call of Duty Challenger Finals as well, adding to his stock.
Cold War
Early in the year, it was apparent that this year would be different. This being how early he got his ninth tournament win and first for the game. After placing decently, he then signed again with Triumph Gaming where he got even better placements.
After that, he then decided to go onto the player-created team, that being Fantastic Four of Sib, Decemate, and Drazah. With them, he got his tenth and eleventh tournament wins. Shortly after, he decided to move on to play for Team Canada, where he won two more tournaments. Even placing fourth in the NA Challenger Finals.
Vanguard and Beyond
Currently, he and the Florida Mutineers have been getting some good placements. However, they are still struggling to mesh with such a young team. Nevertheless, this could be the player that they need because of Davpadie’s gunskill as well as movement around the map.
