Can the Mutineers Take L.A. By Storm?

Publish Date: March 5, 2020

The Mutineers had a very strong performance in Atlanta. They made it to the Grand Final of the event and had a fairly decent showing against the Atlanta FaZe. Fittingly, the Mutineers go up against the FaZe in the first match of L.A.

Previewing Week 4

Atlanta FaZe (6-0)

Atlanta FaZe

There is no doubt that the FaZe are the favorites coming into this match up. However, this is definitely a winnable series for the Mutineers. Looking at the scores, the Mutineers were blown out of the water when it came to Hardpoint. However, more importantly, the Mutineers made it a good contest for SND and Domination. The Mutineers were able to put together four rounds against FaZe even with Preston “Priestahh” Greiner back stabbing them every round.

The Mutineers can definitely win SND if they simply win gunfights. At one point Florida were dedicating two players to the flank to ensure Priestahh couldn’t ruin everything. Additionally, the Mutineers only lost by 11 points in Domination. The Mutineers again just need to keep up in the slaying department and there is no reason that the Mutineers can’t pull a win against the FaZe.

Player to Watch: Preston “Prestinni” Sanderson

Prestinni has shown that when he slays out, the Mutineers follow suit. Prestinni sets a pace for the map with the Mutineers. When Prestinni leads the team in kills, the Mutineers win maps undoubtedly.
