You can learn more about each of the Six New Deadlock Heroes in the linked article but the six are listed below as well.
The six heroes do not have a predetermined release order. Deadlock players are voting to determine which hero releases next. Voting takes place during the Pregame lobby. Votes from players on the winning team count double, and a player’s first win of the day also provides double voting power.

Based on early community reaction and what we are seeing around Deadlock following the City Never Sleeps reveal, here are our Day 1 predictions for the release order.
Rat King is the most obvious one. Not only is his design incredible but he has been rumored for some time so players will not want to wait to get him.
After that, Baba apparently is a mech hero where she rides her park bench. With this new information, it is hard not to envision her getting the vote.
Beyond that, it could be a total toss-up. All of the heroes look interesting but we do believe that Deadman Danny has the next best design, at least on the surface, and it is hard not to expect to see him getting plenty of votes as well.
