Right now, we do not have a confirmed date for the Deadlock January Update from developers. However, a source close to the game’s development server suggests that the update may be far from being finalized, with some of the currently in-progress Heroes seeing some potential major overhauls.
According to Deadlock leaker, minesweeper, an in-development Hero named REM has an entirely new Ultimate than what we have previously reported on, and that the Deadlock January Update should be expected closer to the end of the month.
Graves is also getting some adjustments to how several abilities in her kit will work, according to minesweeper, but we do not have any additional details as to what extent.
As mentioned, Deadlock is likely to get several new Heroes in the game’s next Major Update. However, some have reportedly had their names changed. Here are all of the new Heroes we are expecting, and what names we anticipate they will go under, based on recent leaks.
This has been reported on by Deadlock Project 8 and has been confirmed to the author by other sources. However, it may be that some, all, or even additional Heroes may be added to the game’s live server in the next update, but we believe these six are most likely to be ready.
