All Deadlock Billy Abilities and New Hero Release Details

Deadlock has just released a new Major Update, including the addition of six new heroes, an all-new Hideout social area, updates to the map, and so much more. Here’s everything we know so far about the Deadlock Billy Abilities.

Billy CHAIN GANG Build Guide! Deadlock New Hero Day One Build: Best Items and Abilities

Ability 1: Bashdown

• Ability Description: Slam your bat into the ground, pulling enemies down and dealing melee damage. The slam creates a shockwave that deals spirit damage and applies knockup.
• Stats:
  • Melee Damage: 50
  • Damage: 40
  • On Hit: Displacement (0.4s Duration)
• Upgrades:
  • Tier 1: -10s Cooldown
  • Tier 2: +1.3m Radius
  • Tier 5: Now deals 60% Heavy Melee Damage

Ability 2: Rising Ram

• Ability Description: Charge head-first into an enemy and send them into the air along with Billy.
• On Impact:
  • Damage: 55
• Upgrades:
  • Tier 1: On Impact: -50% cooldown
  • Tier 2: On Impact: +25% weapon damage for 5s
  • Tier 5: On Impact: Deal 6% max health as spirit damage

Ability 3: Blasted

• Passive: Melee hits restore ammo and inflict wrecked. Light melees are half as effective.
• While Wrecked:
  • -15% Fire Rate
  • 7s Wrecked Duration
• Active: Empower your weapons against wrecked enemies. Gun damage is amplified and melee boosts max health. Deal weapon damage to extend the duration.
• On Blasted Melee:
  • 75 Melee Bonus Health
  • 11s Health Boost Duration
• While Blasted:
  • 8% Wrecked Bullet Amp
  • 5s Duration On Heavy Melee
• Upgrades:
  • Tier 1: While Blasted: +1.75m/s bonus move speed
  • Tier 2: +1 Bashdown Charge on use and +5% Wrecked Bullet Amp
  • Tier 5: +65 Melee Bonus Health

Ultiamte: Chain Gang

• Ability Description: Chain nearby enemies to you. Chained enemies cannot use movement abilities and receive a heavy slow when they pull on the chain. After a delay, yank everyone towards Billy and deal spirit damage. The chain breaks if you lose line of sight for a short while.
• Stats:
  • Damage: 150
  • Duration: 2.8s
  • 35% Velocity Slow
  • +15% Bullet Resist
  • +15% Spirit Resist
• Upgrades:
  • Tier 1: -25s Cooldown
  • Tier 2: +15% spirit resist & bullet resist
  • Tier 5: +100 spirit damage On Pull: Unstoppable for 2s

Billy is now live and playable in Deadlock! Players can vote on which hero they would like to be added next at the voting booth in the Hideout, which you can read more about here.
