The college football season is approaching. There is always debate over ranking the best players in the sport. Here are the top 25 college football Interior Offensive Linemen heading into the 2025 season.
Note: There is some projection in these rankings for the upcoming season. These are not NFL Draft rankings, but rather focus on the best players in college football.
25. Omar Aigbedion, Baylor Bears
He received some Big 12 honors last season and Aigbedion is returning to the Bears. He made the jump up from Montana State last season and handled things well.
24. Ashton Craig, Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Craig started at center for Notre Dame before being injured last season. He will reclaim his starting position and can help Notre Dame’s offense.
23. Tanoa Tagiai, Utah Utes
Although he has played some tackle, he locked down a starting guard spot last season. He ended last season injured, but can really improve if he stays healthy.
22. Trovon Baugh, South Carolina Gamecocks
Baugh was a starter two seasons ago and played solidly. He didn’t start last season, but with more time to develop, Baugh could return to form and improve this season.
21. Jeremiah Wright, Auburn Tigers
Wright jumped into the starting lineup last season for Auburn and did solidly. He has great strength and can help in the run game.
20. Pat Coogan, Indiana Fighting Hoosiers
Coogan started 26 games at Notre Dame and was an emotional leader on the team that made the National Championship Game last season. He now will improve an Indiana offensive line as they look to stack successful seasons.
19. Brady Small, Army Black Knights
Army won the Joe Moore Award as the country’s top offensive line and Small led the way for their rushing attack. He is undersized, but gets the job done.
18. Joshua Braun, Kentucky Wildcats
Braun played at Florida and Arkansas before transferring to Kentucky for this season. He will be a bright spot on a Kentucky offense that is not expected to do well this season.
17. Connor Lew, Auburn Tigers
Lew has started for the better part of two years in an Auburn uniform. The Tigers are expected to improve this season and it is partially because of some key offensive linemen like Lew.
16. Iapani Laloulu, Oregon Ducks
Last season, Laloulu took over as Oregon’s starting center and impressed. There will be plenty of new faces on the Oregon offensive line and Laloulu will have to lead them.
15. Billy Schrauth, Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Schrauth earned some experience in 2023, then was a full-time starter in 2024. He helped block for a great rushing attack at Notre Dame last season and will now have to complete more pass blocking reps.
14. Tomas Rimac, Virginia Tech Hokies
Rimac played four seasons for West Virginia and developed well. He could play tackle this season, but his best position is probably guard.
13. Keylan Rutledge, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets
Rutledge played at Middle Tennessee and then joined Georgia Tech in 2024. He did well protecting the quarterback and should continue that in 2025.
12. Olavavega Ioane, Penn State Nittany Lions
Ioane redshirted in 2022, then saw more work in 2023. Last season, he really blossomed and was named Second Team All-Big Ten.
11. Bryce Foster, Kansas Jayhawks
After starting for Texas A&M for three seasons, Foster joined Kansas last season and played well. He is experienced and is one of the many good centers in college football this season.
10. Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M Aggies
Bisontis pairs with other players to give Texas A&M a strong interior offensive line. He is a former member of the SEC All-Freshman Team.
9. Logan Jones, Iowa Hawkeyes
Jones had the chance to go pro last season, but decided to return to Iowa. The center was an All-Big Ten selection last season and will lead the Iowa offensive line this season.
8. DJ Campbell, Texas Longhorns
Campbell has been starting at guard for the last two seasons and played well. He will bring experience to a Texas offensive line that has a lot of new faces.
7. Emmanuel Pregnon, Oregon Ducks
Pregnon has played for both Wyoming and USC in his career. He now joins Oregon with the chance to fill some holes on the offensive line as they lost talent to the NFL.
6. Charles Jagusah, Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Jagusah has played tackle and guard in his career. After returning from injury last season, he played guard and is projected to play guard again this season when he heals from a broken arm suffered in the offseason.
5. Jaeden Roberts, Alabama Crimson Tide
Roberts waited his turn, then started eight games in 2023, which was followed by 12 starts last season. His run blocking has been particulary good for the Crimson Tide.
4. Ar’maj Reed-Adams, Texas A&M Aggies
Reed-Adams started his college journey at Kansas, then played his first season with the Aggies last year. His draft stock rose a lot last season and he should be one of the best guards in the country in 2025.
3. Parker Brailsford, Alabama Crimson Tide
Brailsford began with Washington, where he helped Washington make the National Championship Game. Last season was his first with Alabama and Brailsford was a Second Team All-American selection.
