The Pac-12 will expand from two teams to six according to Brett McMurphy. They will be adding Boise State, Fresno State, Colorado State and San Diego State. The new schools will join in 2026.
The Pac-12 will have six teams and will still need to add two more to qualify as an FBS conference. Each school leaving the Mountain West will have a $17 million exit fee.
An announcement confirming these reports is expected on Thursday morning. Boise State has already released a statement on the news.
