Old Dominion and head football coach Bobby Wilder have decided to part ways after Wilder spent 11 seasons with the team. The news was first reported by Yahoo Sports’ Pete Thamel.
Wilder had a career record 31-42 in the FBS. He started with the program in 2009 at the FCS level. In their third season at the FBS-level, Wilder led the team to a bowl game and a 10-win season.
This year, Old Dominion won just one game. Since their 2016 season when they won 10 games, they have had a losing record, which has gotten worse each year.
