
Georgia wide receiver RaRa Thomas was arrested early Monday on two charges according to Marc Weiszer. The charges are for felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor battery family violence 1st offense.
Thomas transferred to Georgia from Mississippi State following the 2022 season. In two seasons at Mississippi State, Thomas registered 62 catches for 878 yards and 12 touchdowns. He had a solid 2022 season with 44 receptions for 626 yards and seven touchdowns.
At Georgia, Thomas will join the back-to-back National Champions. He will be in a receiver room with Ladd McConkey and Missouri-transfer Dominic Lovett.
