EA Sports has announced that the release date of their college football video game will be July 19. There will be a bigger reveal of the game set for tomorrow.
On the cover are Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers, Michigan running back Donovan Edwards and Colorado athlete Travis Hunter. All three players were on the cover of the deluxe edition cover that was leaked on the Playstation store last week.
This is the first time the cover will feature an active college football player. The last time the game came out was with EA Sports NCAA Football 14, which featured Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson on the cover, after he had left school. Changes to college sports including NIL have made having active players in the game and on the cover possible.
