UTEP Will Join the Mountain West Conference
UTEP has accepted an invitation to join the MWC conference. They have notified the C-USA that they will be leaving. The Miners will join San Jose State, Nevada, UNLV, Wyoming, Hawaii, New Mexico and Air Force.
D.J. Uiagalelei Suffers Broken Finger
D.J. Uiagalelei is out for this week with a broken finger. Brock Glenn is expected to start against Clemson.
Big Ten and SEC Meet in Nashville
The Big Ten and SEC met in Nashville this week to discuss a few things. A possible schedule partnership and talking about getting four bids guaranteed for each conference for the CFP.

- South Carolina quarterback LaNorris Sellers will play this week against Ole Miss after missing the last game with an ankle sprain.
- Texas expects quarterback Quinn Ewers to return next week against Oklahoma. They are off this week.
- Texas State has decided to stay in the Sun Belt after receiving interest from the MWC.
- Indiana wide receiver Donaven McCulley has entered the transfer portal. He had 644 yards for the Hoosiers last season.
- The Big Ten is changing how they officiate onside kicks after controversy in the Minnesota-Michigan game.
