

The college football season is here. Every week, different news and notes will pop up, which will affect what happens on the field and off it. Here are the college football week 3 news and notes.
Wisconsin starting quarterback Billy Edwards is out against Alabama this weekend. He suffered a knee injury in week 1. Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams is on track to play against the Badgers after suffering a concussion in week 1.
Florida wide receiver Dallas Wilson is out for the Florida’s game at LSU this Saturday. LSU center Brealin Moore and tight end Trey’Dez Green are both questionable.
Colorado is expected to start Ryan Staub at quarterback this weekend at Houston. He started the season as the third-string quarterback.
Starting cornerbacks Jermod McCoy (torn ACL in January) and Rickey Gibson (undisclosed) are out for Tennessee’s game against Georgia. Defensive tackle Jackson Moi and offensive lineman David Sanders Jr. are questionable for the game.
